Lead time

Delivery times depend on the product selected in the order.
The table below gives examples of delivery dates.

Lead time - calculated from the working day following payment of the order. This is the time required to prepare the product for shipment.
Delivery time - calculated from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier until it is delivered to your door.
Order delivery time - the estimated time between order payment and delivery to your door.

Additional information

- At FutonLove, we attach great importance to ensuring that goods are properly secured during transport. Products are shipped on a pallet.
- On the day of shipment, we send the buyer an e-mail informing him that the order has been prepared for collection by the carrier - with a link to the shipment tracking system.
- Deliveries are made on working days from Monday to Friday, by default during the hours of 08:00 to 17:00.
- ⚠️ The consignee must carefully inspect the package before signing the waybill. If the package is visibly damaged, please do not accept the shipment and contact us immediately.
