We pay very close attention to ensure that they are handmade and of top quality.
The cotton will settle down over time, making the futon a bit firmer.
The cotton in the mattress starts to compress and gets saggy with use, so indentations may form locally, something that is a natural feature of all futons. For improved form and resilience, roll the mattress in all directions.
We also recommended airing your futon every 3-4 weeks, so that excess moisture can escape. For better ventilation, try leaving the mattress uncovered during the day.
Do not clean your futon with water. Do not wash or soak it. Remove minor dirt by wiping it with a slightly dampened cloth.
The order is sent by courier with delivery to the first door (to the stairwell door in a block of lats if accessible).
Any modification of the model and customisation makes a return impossible.
The given firmness/elasticity scale applies to Futons from our range; it does not correspond to the classic “H” scale.
